Sometimes a product unfortunately gets damaged in transport or the carton/packaging gets a defect, which leads to us not selling these products. It can be a product that has a printing error or color error or a seam that is sewn incorrectly or simply a product that is photographed by us for social media or other advertising contexts and is no longer in its original packaging or perhaps a product that has been discontinued from our range.
As long as it is functional (that the defect cannot be harmful) on the product but that it has a visible defect, we feel that it is sad that these should just be lying around when it can actually make someone happy.
We think a little environmentally and at a reduced price these things can find new homes.
